Individual Therapy for Adults

Individual therapy with me at is focused on you and what you need to be successful. During one-on-one sessions, we will work together to identify goals that are based on your strengths and desires for your life. From there, I utilize different modalities to support exploration of your thoughts, emotions, and actions while using listening skills to stay focused on your experience and needs.

While therapy can be intimidating, I take a playful and personable approach that clients have found helpful for opening up and making change.

Individual therapy can be either in person or by secure video (telehealth). Per my COVID-19 policies, individuals wanting in-person sessions must be fully vaccinated. If unvaccinated or uncomfortable with providing proof of vaccination, telehealth is available.

Individual therapy sessions last between 45 to 60 minutes. Self-pay rate is $110 per 45 minute session and $120 for 60 minute session. Currently in-network with Anthem, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Aetna insurances. Currently not in network with Medicaid and Medicare plans.
