Individual Therapy for Adults

Individual therapy with me is focused on you and what you need to live a psychologically flexible life. During one-on-one sessions, we will work together to identify goals that are based on your strengths, values, and desires for your life. From there, I utilize different modalities to support exploration of your thoughts, emotions, and actions while using listening skills to stay focused on your experience and needs.

While therapy can be intimidating, I take a playful and personable approach that clients have found helpful for opening up and doing what matters.

Individual therapy can be either in person or by secure video (telehealth) within the state of Indiana.

Individual therapy sessions last between 45 to 60 minutes. Self-pay rate is $110 per 45 minute session and $120 for 60 minute session. I am currently in-network with Anthem (Commercial), Cigna, United Healthcare, and Aetna insurance providers. I am not in-network with Medicaid and Medicare plans at this time.

Free WPATH Letters

I offer free WPATH letters for adults seeking gender-affirming care. A limited amount of spots are available for this service. These sessions generally take between 30 - 60 minutes. There is no charge for a single WPATH letter appointment in service of reducing gatekeeping around gender-confirming care.

Areas of Focus

While people seek therapy for a variety of reasons, I have additional education and specialize in therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, addictions, perfectionism, and people-pleasing concerns. Not sure your needs fit into my areas of focus? Reach out for more information or referrals for a therapist that may fit your needs.

I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My primary mode of treatment is ACT and I would be happy to share more about this type of therapy. I am also a 200-hour yoga instructor, incorporating mindfulness exercises into sessions when appropriate.
